2025

The Latino Professionals Association (LPA) is a long-standing nonprofit serving the Greater Madison area, committed to the advancement of Latino professionals through leadership development, networking, and community engagement. As LPA prepared for a new phase of organizational growth in early 2025, it recognized that its digital presence—though established—was no longer keeping pace with its mission. While LPA maintained active Meta and LinkedIn pages and had a functional website, these platforms lacked strategy, consistency, and modern infrastructure. LPA partnered with Adapt Marketing Consulting to help transform these tools into a cohesive, engaging, and high-performing ecosystem that could support outreach, membership, and long-term growth.

Resumen

Over the course of six months, Adapt implemented a revitalized digital communications strategy that dramatically improved LPA’s online performance. On Meta, total reach rose by 99.4%, with over 35,000 views and a 339.7% increase in link clicks. Adapt used a blend of organic and paid strategies to better amplify events, member stories, and LPA's impact, resulting in improved visibility and stronger calls to action. On LinkedIn, LPA’s existing page was restructured and reactivated with a refreshed content strategy that led to 143 new followers, 7,594 impressions, and a marked increase in professional engagement—all achieved through organic growth.
In addition to social media, Adapt redesigned LPA’s website to improve navigation, appearance, and functionality. The previous site averaged fewer than 50 sessions per month, had no integrated analytics, and provided a poor user experience. Within three months of the redesign, monthly traffic had increased by over 700%, exceeding 400 sessions per month. The new site introduced membership features to support tiered membership offerings and implemented analytics tools to help LPA monitor traffic sources, user behavior, and campaign performance in real time. Together, these upgrades allowed LPA to align its digital presence with its real-world leadership and programming.

Desafío

Although LPA had an active digital footprint, it lacked a cohesive strategy to turn engagement into growth. Meta posts were inconsistent and rarely aligned with campaign objectives. LinkedIn, though already established, was underutilized and not optimized to reach the organization’s target audience of young professionals, corporate allies, and funders. The website, while operational, offered a dated interface and limited functionality. It was not optimized for engagement, had no analytics tools to track performance, and did little to support LPA’s efforts to build community or promote its value to members and partners. These gaps limited LPA’s ability to fully leverage its digital assets in support of its mission.

Soluciones

Adapt worked with LPA’s leadership to overhaul the organization’s digital communications with a strategic, multi-platform approach. Social content was restructured with weekly themes that highlighted events, leadership, impact, and community. Meta content was branded, timely, and paired with targeted boosts to expand reach and drive action. On LinkedIn, the page was reactivated with curated, mission-driven content that reintroduced LPA to a professional audience and positioned the organization as a regional leader.
Simultaneously, the website was redesigned to be visually engaging, easier to navigate, and equipped with features that aligned with LPA’s membership goals. The new platform included custom membership functionality and integrated analytics, giving LPA real-time insights into what content was working, who was visiting, and how people engaged. Though not yet bilingual, the site was designed with scalability in mind. Ultimately, Adapt helped turn LPA’s digital presence into a modern communications engine—designed not only to reflect who they are, but to grow with them as they lead into the future.
